Payments every 2 weeks (minimum 20% of purchase price)

Return Policy on Birds
No cash refunds after 1 week
80% of the dollar amount spent on bird only before 3 days
50% of the dollar amount spent on bird only days 4 thru 7
Days 8 thru 14, 30% store credit issued (store credit must be used within 3 months)

Returns for Merchandise
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for an exchange only. The customer is responsible for return shipping. All sales are final on blemished and discounted products including clearance items. (No used merchandise or food products may be returned.)

Expedited Shipping:

Regular shipping normally takes 7 days or less to anywhere in the contiguous United States. Items sent from our warehouse are generally shipped within 24 - 48 hours and are sent via UPS.

(Sometimes items are shipped directly from the manufacture).

If you would like your package guaranteed sooner than 7 days please send us:

Your spelled out first and last name.

Zip code and state.

How quickly you would like to receive your purchase.

Which items from your order you would like expedited (ex: "cage only") or "all items expedited")

Your preferred contact method to receive a quote (email or phone).

Your credit card will be charged separately for the difference in shipping, only after we receive your quote acceptance.

Please note: If a confirmation is not received within 12 hours, the order will be sent regular UPS.

 

Warranties Against Manufacturer Defects:

We carry fine cage lines, however sometimes manufacturer’s defects do occur. If you have any issues within the time frames listed below, please contact us as soon as the problem is noticed.

Kings Cages: 5 year structural guarantee

Other Cage Lines (if manufacture not specified): 30 day guarantee.

 

Items damaged in shipping:

We ship by the most efficient means possible. However, damage occasionally occurs.

The consumer must inspect the delivered item for damage (both external and not visible from the outside) and report any such damage to Feathered Fitness . DO NOT REFUSE the shipment or you will be charged for a standard return (all returning fees).

In all cases, save all of the packaging and packing materials and call our customer service department within 48 hours (2 business days) of receipt. (717-792-4885) We will replace damaged and/or defective parts at no cost to you!

 

Privacy Policy

None of the information you provide us with is given or sold to third - party organizations.

 

Dropped - Shipped Items:

Some of our cages are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. In these cases your name, address and phone number are given to facilitate timely delivery. If you would like more information about whether the cage you ordered falls into this category please contact our customer service department at customerservice@featheredfitness.com.

We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) that protects your information whenever you place an order or access your account. The SSL encrypts all data you provide before it is sent to us.
