any sugar free juice
chopped fruits
Mix juice and chopped fruits together. Pour juice and chopped fruit into ice cube trays and freeze. Keep frozen, store in freezer containers or plastic bags. To serve, remove 1-2 cubes per bird, thaw slightly.
